Caria Events is a South African entity with 100% black women ownership. We are situated in Emalahleni (former Witbank), Mpumalanga. While Mpumalanga represents our historical roots, we provide our services to all corners of South Africa.
Prior to establishing Caria Events, Caria has for a long period of time been designing, advising, coordinating, planning, executing, assisting and managing different events including – décor, bridal showers, baby showers, theme design and planning, home interior design, birthdays (kids & adults), kids party packs, cake design and baking and anniversaries for friends, colleagues and family while still pursuing corporate career.

Our Modus Operandi
We provide a one-stop made-to-order solution to our clients, bringing all the variety of services and vendors. We ensure that everyone is in alignment and simultaneously to act as a channel between the client and other stakeholders involved with the event.
We offer a turnkey operation for our clients, eliminating the inconvenience of having to deal with different vendors and the time and effort involved in delivering a magical event.
Event Planning and Management
At Caria Events, we are about creating and delivering value for our clientele. We believe in cultivating customer lifetime value. To achieve this objectives, we have adopted a co-creation and open innovation attitude were we subsequently, test and validate each one of our event idea with our customers and other focus group.
We understand totally that each event that we do is not our event but that of our client; and as such, we employ our creative skills to derive a truly bespoke and classy event with the involvement of the client throughout. Success of each event we manage is defined by our customer.
At Caria Events, our event planning and management is premised on the 'Quadruple Constraint Management'. We know that the three constraints of budget, scope and schedule (time) often competes and all have an impact on QUALITY of any event. Therefore, at this backdrop we seek to balance these competing constraints upfront with our flexible commercial terms.
We work with our client to co-create an event budget and build a suitable package collectively. Throughout the event activities, we provide feedback on an on-going basis to manage any changes collaboratively.
Our planning process involves classifying all events and harmonising them with suitable event venues. We creatively combine tradition, elegance, refinement and contemporary designs to meet our customer needs.
